The Little River County Housing Authority (LRCHA) requests statements of qualifications from affordable housing development firms ("Co-Developer") to provide co-development services, partnership, and consulting services related to repositioning public housing.

LRCHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the authority.

Proposals must be received by May 14, 2024, 4:00 pm CST. Proposals may be submitted via file sharing link in email (preferred) to Denise Riley, or mailed to P.O. Box 445, Foreman, AR 71836.

Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
