Notice of Public Comment Period for Updated Utility Allowances, Public Housing Flat Rents and HCV Payment Standards for the Year 2022

This notice is hereby given that the Little River County Housing Authority is making available for public review and comment updated Utility Allowances, Flat Rents and Payment Standards for the Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs.

The 30-day comment period will begin on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 and end on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 12:00 noon. Proposed Utility Allowances, Flat Rents and Payment Standards are available for your review on our website.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, LRCHA will hold the Public Hearing using the Zoom platform. The hearing will be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 4:00 pm. Instructions to join the public hearing via Zoom are posted below.

Public Housing Residents, Housing Choice Voucher Participants and the public at-large are invited to attend and provide comments at the Hearing.
