🌷 SPRING CLEAN-UP NOTICE 🌷

Attention Residents:

Mowing season is approaching! To help keep our community safe, clean, and looking its best, all residents are required to clean up their yards.

 🧹 What You Need to Do:

Remove all trash, debris, and unwanted items from your yard
Pick up clutter
Clear around your home so maintenance can mow safely
🚫 Important:

Items must be removed - do not leave piles in the yard
Remove inoperable/abandoned vehicles
 No swing sets, bouncy houses, swimming pools, sandboxes or trampolines
Do not place items in areas not designated for trash
📅 Deadline: 03/31/2026

Failure to clean your yard may result in lease violations and possible charges.
