LRHC Launches New Upgraded Website!

The Little River Housing Communities (LRHC) launched its newly upgraded website in July 2024. The website was created by Brooks Jeffrey Marketing, Inc.

The new "responsive" website includes LRHC's new logo rebrand and allows users to easily navigate the website no matter what device is used to view the website (desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone).

To help make this new website more accessible for all users (including those using adaptive technology), it has been built using Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 to address the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility guidelines, like the previous website.

Some of the features/functions on the new website include:

  • Communities Map - an interactive embedded Google map including housing properties at LRHC and resources in the area.
  • Forms - a list of forms available to be completed and submitted online.
  • News Archives - feeds on the home page for a quick review of the three latest news articles posted on the site with a page including all previous news entries that may be sorted/filtered.
  • Additional Pages - includes information on the Board of Commissioners, Employment Opportunities, Housing Programs, Procurement Opportunities, Residents, Staff, and more.

All residents, landlords, and the general public are encouraged to visit the website. The website is updated monthly, with new information that will benefit all residents, landlords, and the public at large.
