LRHC Awarded Funding for Fortified Roofs

We are pleased to announce that LRHC has been awarded a grant of $1,000,000 to replace all existing roofs across our properties with new FORTIFIED roofing systems! 

Receiving this grant is a significant milestone for our housing authority and residents. It reflects our continued commitment to preserve affordable housing and improve the quality of life for the families we serve. This investment will enhance resident safety, strengthen buildings against severe weather, and protect properties long-term. 

The project is expected to begin in early spring and be completed by August 2026.
