Maintenance Technician

Little River County Housing Authority is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician. Prospective candidates must have an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills. Must be knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, landscaping and painting. Must be able to operate small equipment, basic hand and power tools and perform general apartment maintenance. Experience and reliable transportation are required. Salary will DOE. Deadline for submitting applications is October 15, 2021. Experience:

  • Maintenance Technician: 3 Years (Preferred)
  • Plumbing: 3 Years (Preferred)
  • References and Valid Driver's License Required
  • Must be Insurable
