Revised Flat Rent & Payment Standards Comment Period (10/1/2020)

Little River County Housing Authority, in accordance with federal law and regulation, is proposing revisions to its Public Housing Flat Rent and Housing Choice Voucher Payment Standards schedules.

The revised 2021 Flat Rent & Payment Standards schedules are available below for review and comment from Oct. 1, 2020 to Oct. 30, 2020. Copies of the 2021 Flat Rent & Payment Standards schedules can also be obtained by contacting the office at 870-542-6464.

A Public Hearing to receive public comments on the revised 2021 Flat Rent & Payment Standards schedules will be held on Thursday, Oct. 15, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. via Zoom:

Once approved, the final revised Flat Rent & Payment Standards schedules will be effective Jan.1, 2021.
